DJI launches Zenmuse H30 Series

DJI, the global leader in civil drones and creative camera technology, has just unveiled the Zenmuse H30 Series cameras. This groundbreaking release signifies a major leap in enterprise drone payloads, offering unparalleled visual clarity and precision, regardless of the time of day or weather conditions. The series includes two models: the H30T and the H30, both designed to elevate the capabilities of the DJI Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 350 RTK drones.

The H30T integrates five major modules:

  • A wide-angle camera
  • A zoom camera
  • An infrared thermal camera
  • A laser range finder
  • An NIR auxiliary light

Meanwhile, the H30 includes four modules, excluding the infrared thermal camera. Both models utilize advanced algorithms to provide exceptional clarity and detail, whether it’s day or night.

Precision and Detail from Afar

The Zenmuse H30 Series excels at capturing detailed visuals from great distances. The high-resolution 40MP zoom camera offers up to 34× optical zoom and 400× digital zoom, enabling operators to observe intricate details like license plates from up to 650 meters away. The Electronic Dehazing function ensures clarity even in challenging atmospheric conditions, making it invaluable for emergency rescues and energy inspections.

Stable and Accurate Imaging

The Zenmuse H30 Series features an advanced image stabilization algorithm that minimizes shaking, providing stable and clear visuals. The laser range finder offers precise positioning information for subjects up to 3000 meters away, a 2.5 times improvement over previous generations.

Night and Day Versatility

Low-light conditions are no match for the Zenmuse H30 Series. Its cameras switch seamlessly to Night Scene mode, using IR Light and NIR illumination to enhance night operations. The Full-Color Night Vision and Black-and-White Night Vision modes provide high-quality live views and recordings, ensuring effective search-and-rescue missions around the clock.

Enhanced Infrared Capabilities

The H30T’s infrared thermal camera, with its 1280×1024 resolution and up to 32× digital zoom, can measure temperatures up to 1600°C. This is critical for detecting hotspots in firefighting and monitoring wildlife from long distances. The UHR (Ultra-High Resolution) Infrared Image function ensures clear images at higher zoom levels, while Link Zoom allows for side-by-side comparison of visual and thermal images, streamlining subject detection.

Built for Extreme Conditions

With an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, the Zenmuse H30 Series is designed to operate reliably in harsh environments. It can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 50°C, ensuring functionality in extreme conditions.

The Zenmuse H30 Series is available through authorized DJI Enterprise dealers, promising to be a game-changer for public safety, emergency rescue, energy inspection, and wildlife conservation. The H30 camera (without thermal) is available on starting from 4.815 EUR.
