SG Acro – Quadcopter design files

frame

I wanted to share my new quadcopter frame design, that I made a few weeks ago. It is a light and compact acro quadcopter frame.

Details:

  • 230mm size
  • Carbon fiber
  • Supported FCs: Naze32, CC3D, KK2.0, Pixhawk
  • Motor holes: M3 19mmx16mm, 16×12 and M2 12×12
  • Max propeller size: 6”
  • Weight: 54 grams

The schematics are free. If you share them, refer to this article. You can not use them for commercial purposes; if you want to, please contact me.

I used T-Motor MN1804 2400kv, HK BlueSeries 12A ESCs, Naze32 and FrSky D4R-II receiver for my build. Weight without battery is 201g.

Later I equipped it with Pixhawk, Neo M8N GPS and 433MHz Telemetry module. It is pretty much a mini smart quad now. Check out how it performs in Loiter mode.

I would be very thankful for any kind of feedback, even if it is negative.
